Alignment with Spacers; Uneven Wear?

Okay, so if I read this correctly, spacers should have no bad effects on alignment, right? Mine are 1" btw.
There could be a very minor effect coming from the increased positive scrub radius that also results.

What happens is that when steered and there is a non-zero scrub radius, the front wheels actually do a little 'scuffing' as they are steered. It's probably one of the least important effects, but it does exist.

Too much scrub radius can cause instability under hard braking, especially in cars that retain most or all of the OE rubber front suspension bushings.

So I went to get aligned and the tech said it was in spec, so I didn't get charged for the service as inspections are 'free'. He apparently did not even look at the front tires which both look like this at 36k miles. Also here is the printout...which doesn't jive with the tech.
