Assuming 85% E and .85 lambda 8.3 WOT and 9.8 idle.

ya at idle it usually idles 9.2-10 and wide open partial throttle stays low 9's. I havent been able to floor it past 5500rpms tuner says i still had 91 in there and it ran too rich. So im adding more e85 once it goes to halfway again.

I don't think the dash reads lower than 9.0

Look at your logs lambda should read .85 to .83 WOT and idle should hover around 1

Sometimes it will go into Cat protection and read somewhere around .78, assuming you have cats.

i still have stock cats just axlebacks, on the gauges it will drop as low as 8.4 but very briefly. If the gauges reads correct. I had 13 miles left of 91 when i filled up e85. E85% was about E80-E83. Have issues cant rev it past 5500rpms without a loud pop from the exhaust and it shuts down. Tuner says gotta get more e85 in the tank i still had too much 91 when i filled up. Get a couple of codes P0600 and P27B5 or the B is an 8. Car ran perfect stock and 91 Tune so hopefully when i drive this tank down more ill fill it up again and i should be a true e85 with zero 91 in there.

You have plenty E in the tank for the car to run properly. I'm going to guess 14 gallons of E?

P0600 is a communication code. Everytime I have seen this after a flash is due to low voltage when the car was flashed. Did you have a battery charger hooked up when you flashed it?

I only know one way to fix this. I use ForScan and reset the module that is not communicating. There may be other ways but I don't know them.

The P27B5 is a transmission gear ratio fault. So it is probably the TCM that is not communicating. But it could be any. Most times when I have had it happen it was the Steering control module or the body control module. The BCM does send gear ratio info to the PCM.

Might try pulling the neg battery cable and touch it to the positive, if you don't feel comfortable doing that leave it unhooked for an hour then see if the codes reset.
Who is your tuner? PM if you don't want it public.
