Definitely People don't realize how good they have it until they lose it. Enjoy the ride folks ! Nothing lasts forever. Before you know it we won't be driving the cars - they will be driving us, and the car enthusiast will be dead forever once the last remnants of the old republic are swept away. :(

Trustafarian doesn't fit me. I've busted my ass for many years. Been in the dumps and hustled my way back. Legal and illegal. Fast motorcycles was my bag.

What amazes me is how many young bucks (and buckettes!) can afford a 30+k car. When I was in my 20s I was driving a beater.

51 and Ditto here.. They didn't pay us crap until we were 10 years in with a clean service record.

However... in defense of the younger guys now days, we also didn't get background checked. If you showed up on time and sober that was enough to not get fired. There was no social media survey we do these days which I think is BS but it's policy.

Got my last job because four other guys did'nt pass their drug test.
I went the same day to get tested after the interview, HR was going
to give me a week. Told them are you kidding :lol: :lol:
Don't drink, smoke or take drugs - Just love fast cars and fast women. ;)

That's been my key to success although fast women usually like the first three things on your prohibition list. So plan accordingly.

Productive comment lol. I work so much to have my gt I only get to drive it one day out of the week. Unless work happens to take me out of town.

How is $30-40k car a "mid life crisis"? That's a price of normal commuter car.
If I was to make a list of "mid life crisis" vehicles, Mustang would not make the list.
