I have active. I went with the Borla SwitchFire res delete. F'n sounds sweet. No rasp or drone with a deep tone.

If your happy with track mode sound just disconnect the actuator and wire them into track mode all the time. Or buy the bracket so you don’t get the exhaust error on the dash.
yeah the track mode sounds good dont get me wrong but i really want outlaws or straight pipes

I have the Magnaflow X-Mod full exhaust and I can 100% confirm that there is almost no difference between modes when I have the X pipe on

I have headers and the Borla type S. Quiet mode sounds great in the morning. Not too loud at all. Leaving the hood I turn it to Track unless I'm feeling low key. It is *LOUD* at WOT.

dont waste money on the exhaust, get longtubes instead. well, that is my recommendation anyways, but you do what ya want.

Just replace the center resonator with an X or H pipe. Cheap and plenty loud plus you can keep your active capability.
Do you know if the active exhaust sound from the Mach 1 is the same as the GT?

Only problem with this is the stock mufflers tend to sound tinny with the res gone. Obviously all personal preference but that only lasted about a month for me personally before I couldn't take the tone and went full exhaust.
