This was the only test in the pin point. Basically it looks to me as a bad connection. I hate extensions for that reason. double check your connections make sure none off the pins got bent or pushed out in the connector

Thanks sonic, I'll check them all, just so I'm seeing this right, bank 1 should be passenger side correct?

So I went out and checked everything, went over all connections, unpluged and replugged O2 sensors and still nothing. For whatever reason I could not get the codes to clear, even the de-energizing code? So I reflashed and finally got the code to clear, the weather is terrible here so I didn't get to drive it but I let it sit in the garage for about 20 minutes and the code hasn't came back on as of yet. I'll see what happens next time I get to drive it I guess.
Good luck Brandon!

You shouldn't need the extensions, unclip the harness from the trans...

I got the code to clear, checked all my connections and cleaned them all. I drove it to work last night and back today and so far so good, it still hasn't returned. Im starting to think it may have sensed something was off when I drove it to the exhaust shop with open headers and it didn't really know what was going on or thought there was an exhaust leak. When i drove it over there, I had my x-pipe just slightly tucked into the collectors on the header so maybe thats what caused it.

I'm more than positive this was the case! Glad it's resolved for you.
Good luck.

Car looks killer too! Very nice.
