So i finally had a chance to take my car to the exhaust shop this morning which is also the first time I have driven it since the whipple install. Left the house with no CEL and got almost to the exhaust shop and the CEL came on. Checked them and got the Deenergizing code which is normal and then the P2096 code ( Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean bank 1). Tryed to clear the code but cannot seem to get the CEL to go off, the code just comes right back now. Even after picking it up from the exhaust shop I cannot get the code to clear. I have the whipple flash tool and it says it cleared the DTC's but the light never goes out. Any thoughts or Ideas on this? Has anyone else had this problem?

If the light won't go out its a hard fault that needs to be diagnosed

Do you have any exhaust leaks or incorrect connections? This may trigger that code as well.

Most likely a pinched TB oring. They only get that code when there is an air leak with stock exhaust.

If you have no cats, then disconnect your extenders, etc. and diagnose that way first. But again, most likely an air leak.

Drove to the exhaust shop this morning open headers and they finished the rest, they didn't say anything about any exhaust leaks when they finished it up, Shouldn't have any incorrect connections. I thought it may be because I have no cats but I have o2 extenders and its only showing the code for bank one?

No cats and maybe the 02 extenders are not reading the exhaust exiting correctly. Maybe a loose/improper exhaust connections somewhere? Maybe the 02 sensors need to be replaced?
Good luck and let us know how you make out.

So I went out and checked everything, went over all connections, unpluged and replugged O2 sensors and still nothing. For whatever reason I could not get the codes to clear, even the de-energizing code? So I reflashed and finally got the code to clear, the weather is terrible here so I didn't get to drive it but I let it sit in the garage for about 20 minutes and the code hasn't came back on as of yet. I'll see what happens next time I get to drive it I guess.

The denergize code is standard and clears after a few restarts. It has nothing to do with operation.
