After getting a tune, do you lose the selectable drive mode function?

Try calling the tuner your thinking about and ask them. I'll called livernoise before hand and ask about the same thing and they assured me they would work. And they did.

Sub'd.. There's so many threads on this topic and nobody has provided any specifics. This should be a simple question to answer but in almost every thread there is usually a vague response of "no they don't change and they'll still work". Does that mean tuners are not adjusting throttle response? That may be perfectly fine for a PP car as the throttle response is quite noticeable in S+ and Track modes. If that's infact the case.. Then someone needs to spit it out already!

Just as an FYI I have asked BBR and haven't gotten a response yet but I'll report back with what Chris says..

My understanding is the aftermarket tunes to date only modify the regular driving mode. The driving mode throttle response stacks on top of it. They don't have the ability to adjust each mode yet.

It's why I'm waiting to see if the Ford Racing tune makes adjustments across all modes.

Like previously stated, it is all on your tuner. We remap the throttle tables completely, but you retain the differences between the drive modes.

not true for everyone.

but, everyone likes something different, that's where it gets tricky when you start getting into the driving modes

How does this relate to the SCTx4 flashing for intake exhaust? Same way I suppose?
