Needing a new throwout bearing before something goes wrong and only see Ford & Mantic as options. Is either a better choice or any other brands avail?
Had the car away for almost 2 months and decided to fire it up yesterday when it was warm.
Pedal got stuck halfway and after a few pumps returned. Today its fine but now a horrible creaking noise like a bad floor board that you can feel through the pedal.
Running the stock clutch and doubt its the pressure plate sounding like that that or hanging up..
Not liking this hydraulic bs, Ive had 3 bad master clutch cyclinders on 2 cars which caused the pedal to do the same thing and now it sounds/feels like the throwout bearing is shot. All Ford parts..
Still dont see any AF clutch masters avail either for the stock system but weary of using another Ford throwout.. Both Mantic & Ford are $150 right now.
