I installed my AeroForce OBDII gauge - I had one of these from 2009-2013 in my 1996 Thunderbird, always liked it, but Have t had one in ten years….instead I had Linear Logic ScanGauge II which was also quite good, but won’t fit too well in this car. I found a long discontinued center vent gauge pod, and finally Decided to use it.

I drilled a hole in the LH side of the center gauge duct to run the wire for the gauge, and I covered the back side of the center vent housing with felt backed tape, cut a small hole to run the wire for the gauge into the vent. I was able to route the wire up through the dash on the LH side of the radio, and everything is zip tied pretty nicely under the LH side of the dash.

I know this was a while ago but what all could you see? It’s so honor miss with these gauges on which parameters it lets you see and what it doesn’t. I wanna see fuel trims/knock/spark advance/oil and fuel pressure. Can you see any of those?

In case the OP isn't around anymore, it looks like the gauge only displays things that have factory-installed sensors, but additional parameters can be wired in.

This isn’t true. As the car can see hundreds of parameters and engage supposedly can only see like 40-50 things. It can’t show knock poop pressure or fuel pressure or lots of things the car 100% can see. Seems like these OBD gauges are kinda shitty. I wanted the banks idash, but it’s the same thing.. doesn’t show 75% of the things you would want to see sadly

Livernoise tuner has tons of PIDS you can follow with a nice suction cup mount for the controller. You can keep it in gauge mode and they will come on with the car turning on. You would need to tune the car though or at least buy the device from them

I have an edge insight 2 from a diesel I had a decade ago and it shows everything and is perfect. I just wanted nice clean gauges instead of a square thing suction cupped to windshield lol. So sadly I already have a great monitor.. just sucks we can’t get that info into a round gauge… banks doesn’t care about cars that’s why they have almost nothing on theirs and aeroforces gauges are like 20 years old with almost nothing updates in the last decade.. kinda sad to be honest. Wish ngauge manufacturer would of sold its rights to someone to make a new updated version of that.
