It's been a slow process, BND just sent us the new ACES P formula to try. I'm working crazy shift then on vacation for 2 weeks out of country so I won't have testing until mid August. My 2 other buddies testing the same formula of ACES may have results sooner. I will update when I get it.

Sorry guys I've had the new stuff for a couple weeks and summer got in the way. I will be testing it out soon as well as a friend of mine in California. Will post results on it when I have them.

yup

I had a feeling that would be the outcome. If it was a true miracle worker, it'd be all over the internet.

I just did some trial runs with the 3.5, 93, and Octanium. I was getting -1.5 on the knock readings. I haven't had decent enough weather lately to try full runs and log it, though. Just short single 3rd gear pulls.

Looks like the new bottle treats 1gallon per oz, I believe the old stuff was 6 gallons per oz.

Sounds like same snake oil just mix it stronger, more $$$ and so far no results or signs of improvement :(

Not the first $100 wasted.

I gave up on Aces a few months ago. I was turned on to Boostane from a good friend and after much testing I had great results! I am now running a 3.50" pulley on 93 octane pump gas with only 10oz of Boostane added :headbang: This concentration means 1 bottle (32oz) can treat 3 fill ups so the case of 6 bottles will net me 18 fill ups. The online code BOOSTANG will also get you 15% off

Thanks Jamie, you are the second person to recommend that today. I will be trying it soon,

Boostane offers a couple types, which one are you using?

The "professional" version. I'm super happy with the results especially only using 10oz.

That's awesome Jaime!

What's the final octane using the 10oz bottle with a fill up of 93 octane?
Boostane + full tank of 93 octane =

Tony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I have no way to test it but from what I've been told it takes 98 octane to satisfy the 3.50" pulley so by my guestimations it's at least that or slightly north of it.

What's up bro? I hope all is well.

That's awesome Jaime. Good to know about the octane boost.

ACES as we know from earlier testing in this thread proved to add no octane increase or knock resistance on several different vehicles testing with it, all with good known fuel. Today ACES P the stronger more potent formula sent by Brain of BND Automotive was tested again. Brian claimed the P formula is stronger more potent and adds more knock resistance than the standard ACES, however if you read the instruction you are basically to add 3 times the amount as ACES mix. It would seem plausible that they are the same formula with different names and different mixing strength, but this I really don't know for sure. In any event the 16 oz of ACES P to 3/4 tank approx. 12 gallons with good known 91 octane top tear gas netted no octane improvement or knock resistance. This was tested on a 15 Whipple 2.9L with 3.5" pulley. It should also be noted that the ACES P mixed with gas had 20 miles driving first to clear the fuel lines and get to the injectors. The vehicle mentioned was recording with an NGauge. The knocker displayed 5 positive and 12-13 total spark advance with ACES P which was the same positive knock with pure 91.

I'm not posting this here to bash on ACES or ACES P or BND but rather to show results that ACES never proved it had any octane increase or knock resistance on our 3 cars. The other reason I want to put this out is that extensive internet searching was done by the 4 of us that bought ACES, and we could not find anything definitive on ACES from people using it. It seemed most of the users that talked about ACES were on Charger or Helcat mopar threads and no had anything real to say about results using ACES except for general statements that they thought it worked. I hope this may be of use to other who run across this to help them make a decision.

It should be said that ACES formula is supposed to be more than just an octane booster but also a fuel and top end motor lubricant and conditioner that is supposed to condition rings and the upper motor. For this I can't say if it works or not, but at this point I can't put my trust in this product doing anything at all.

Bottom line

ACES = 0 octane increase
ACES P = 0 octane increase

ACES = Upper motor lubricant ???????
