It would be incredibly easy to prove that it's non-competitive. Just show them the track calendar. And there's not a chance in hell that just using the track apps will void your warranty. If that was a thing Mustang owners would be in an uproar and Ford wouldn't continue to put Track Apps on the car.I don't know why people are joking about this. There have already been tons of stories about how / when using line lock voids your warranty; I don't know why it would be any different for using Track Apps. Both are specifically deliniated as being for track-use only. It's specifically stated in the warranty papers that using your car at a track will void the warranty (unless it's "non-competitively" but good luck proving that).
I know we all know this already but I am stating the facts for any newcomers just in case Jimmy confuses them.
