AC blows only hot air sometimes

Every once in a while like every couple weeks my ac only blows hot air even though it's set to low and then the next day it's back to normal. I did take it in when it first happen but they couldn't replicate the problem. Has anyone else experienced this or know what it might be?

So I took it to the dealer and this time they were able to figure out my evaporator was leaking freon. Part on order.

I actually did have this happen on my car one time in the dead of summer. I shut the car off and went into the store, came back out and it worked. Has only done it once.
