Lol, what shops are quoting you $2700 for an install. The install cost will range $1000 to $1200 and some will try to get over on you at $1500. The install cost is something that will facture into any SC, not just a whipple. So, by your logic, all other kits are free to install. Lol, just do everyone a favor and stop giving input.
I suspect there are a lot of people who would do a self-install with the procharger, but take a pass on installing the whipple.

yes, with our lund tuning, lund will do a base file based on your mods, should start and run great (barring an insall issue of some sort) and then get you dialed in with datalogging

Chill peoples...do these kits include a good tune?
Whipple & Roush come with tunes from their respective company. If you don't like their 'OE' tune, you can always buy an nGuage & get a Lund, Ken B. etc. tune later (for around $850).

Ken B (PB dyno) lists the tune on his site for 500. However, if you take the Whipple route, you 100% do not need a custom tune unless you want to use E85. Whipple's tune is better than most custom tunes.

I guess i'd start with what your budget is. And narrow down to best bang for the buck. Like if you only have 6500 to spend why even talk about whipple
