I do not know what Ford's criteria is for this, only that I have received one with the incorrect info on the letter that is being corrected, I only questioned my situation with Ford.

From what I have read on this thread, from others seeking clarification, is that this applies to the first 400 odd customers that "received" (not ordered) their Mustangs. Mine came over on the 1st Fidelio, delivered 2015 Xmas eve.

If you have received an incorrect letter, may I suggest you contact them via private message on facebook and advise them of the error.
OK will do, just wondering if they may have acknowledged that they were aware that it looks like this was more than just a one off error.

Received the same reply as most I think from Ford Customer Service. How can we find out which were the first 4 ships?

As only a limited number of prints were released by the artist, we were only able to gift the owners of Mustangs in the first 4 vessels that hit Australia. Unfortunately the prints cannot be purchased or ordered, as we only had permission from the artist to produce a certain number. Thanks FordService^CZ

Going by this http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1426545&postcount=49 your boat the Oberon was not listed as the 1st 4 ships in that post.

I would advise you to contact Ford Customer Service and supply your Vin. for confirmation, that is what they get paid to do.

We contacted Ford via FB and they've responded within 24hrs that they will fix the letter.

Yep received mine today.

Looks very impressive, packaged impeccably.

Unfortunately the letter of congrats is for Kevin and he drives an Ecoboost.

Same issue with me. The letter is addressed to some other bloke.
Did you call ford to notify them?

Received my updated letter today...they must be sending them out to all who received the orginal gift as I didnt get a chance to talk to my dealer.

Good to see Ford Australia getting on top of this quickly...well done.

Just received mine also today, I am John with a GT fastback again, thank god as I was having an identity crisis.

I also had not contacted them, so good on them for fixing it so quickly.:thumbsup:
