The part he refuses to say is that along with more cases, there are also more hospitalizations. To the point that Houston is again setting up the Texans’ football stadium as a field hospital because the local hospitals are filling up again.

Guess that is balancing the fact that many NY (and nationwide) hospitals and the Javette center never were used or close to capacity. Most hospitals also furloughed staff during the crisis.
