To anyone wanting the 1000rwhp E85 package, there we go!
I would encourage a serious tire :)

Gotta give Ford a little golf clap. Fuel system good til 1000. And the blocks still in one piece.

Who cares about mpg and high performance cars? Especially when gas is so cheap right now
It’s funny because that’s insane hp and you have to fill the tank every 100-120 miles. Chill dude, the price of gas is nice but that’s too small tank to have fun with.

Damien: I totally agree that 1k HP is insane for the street. But, regarding fuel capacity, I would be willing to bet a lot of money that one or more of our most industrious and creative members could come up with a really "sano" aux fuel tank install after a RSD. <grin>

Edit: I just thought of another idea..."in flight refueling!" A very inconspicuous, electrically-extended, fuel probe could come out from the deck lid snake and the fuel truck would have a boom operator to connect. Probably have to slow down during the transfer but with good pumps, it shouldn't take but a couple minutes. :-)

And all with more than adequate "social distancing." <bigger grin>

(And you pay with your phone.)

i get a bout 180 mile to the tank of E85, but thats with 0 WOT blasts

Pretty sure each 40-140 WOT uses at least 1 gallon, so you can do the math.. but for $1.60/g, vs $12/g racegas, no question

Plus, you're helping the farmers, Steve. <grin>

But dang, a gallon, huh? SOAB. Have you watched the fuel gauge closely and if so, did you actually see it move? <smile>

Just coming up on a thousand so no WOT's yet for my girl but soon. <bigger grin>

After driving that much power, a stop for gas every 100 miles is just part of the routine :)

B: And it wouldn't bother me a bit. Stopping for fuel that often never bothered me in the early British motorcycles and it wouldn't in a GT-500, either. I say rock 'n roll just BE careful! :-)
