8” display swap?

Anybody know what all I would need out of a wrecked 2018 with 8” screen to convert my base 4” screen?
Isn’t there a cable and control box along with the screen? Thanks

I know at some point the VIN must be programmed in the unit for the car.

If I don’t want sync 3 and Navigation can I just swap the screen and bezel?
Found a screen in a donor car.

That I do not know for sure. My guess is no and that you will need all the hardware regardless of SYNC version, and NAV/noNAV, i.e.: Screen, APIM, harness, faceplate, reprogramming. Someone might chime in to correct me . . .
