Hey guys,

Is it pushing it by running a 75mm pulley on the Roush TVS with 93 octane? Or is that size pulley where we should start upgrading fuel systems and doing e85? Anyone have experience running a 75mm pulley on 93? I've heard that size pulley shouldn't be ran because the 93 octane level would not be able to handle that power level. Any info will be helpful!

Current mods:
Roush TVS with Phase 2 pulley(80mm)
Brisk Spark plugs
DW 1000cc injectors
VMP heat exchanger
VMP throttle body

Thank you

Another member ran that pulley with id1000s, a Lund tune, and a bap on 93. I think he had headers too and put down around 700rwhp.

I recommend speaking with whoever is tuning the car as some guys may not do it. You will definitely need something like a DW 95 lb / ID 1000 injectors and a BAP, the included injectors Roush sends will not support the boost level that pulley will produce.

I was told by lund that 79mm is the lowest you want on 93 octane. that is what im using now and dynoed 700 to the wheels.

I have 79mm on my VMP gen 2 on 93 octane and ID1000 and ASAIK also from VMP, this is the smallest you can go with pump gas.
If anyone knows else, please let us know.
