In your opinion, using E85.. what setup is the most cost effective way to run 600-700hp on a weekend cruiser?

By cost effective, I'm referring to the whole setup including any changes to fuel system etc.

TVS, KB, centri options?
You can get 600+hp with CNC ported heads, CobraJet intake, Competition Cam's stage 3 cams, Ford Racing throttle body, cai, full length headers and a aftermarket cat back exhaust while using E-85. That's remaining N/A. Anyone of the super chargers that are available with give you 600-700 hp depending how hard you push it. E-85 is a must for durability in my opinion.

That seems a little intense to me, over 600 N/A? I've heard of around 550~ N/A on these coyotes but over 600 seems crazy. Would be a ton of fun to have that much N/A hp though.

As it is I already have my Roush TVS pre-ordered from Brenspeed and i'm just waiting for Ford to build the car to put it in.

If N/A 550-600rwhp is achievable safely on E85, I'd have a tough time moving to a blower.

* Bit of research shows 500+ N/A is going to take a built motor too.. may as well go FI

Anybody know how much space there is in the block for boring the cylinders? I know that's a problem with GM's LS7 7.0 liter small-block, where there wasn't even a millimeter to bore out.

I think the most I heard that was safe was taking it out to 5.3L..not sure where I read that tho.

You can take it to 3.700 (.070 over bore) but requires sleeves.

Thanks for the info. I thought I read that the 15 has some upgraded parts as in better crank, rods and maybe a different block? Any truth in that?

The crank is about the same as the 11-14 5.0 crank. There is no shame in that since it is already forged and a nice piece. The rods are still powder metal forged so not ideal for high HP applications but they did improve their strength over the outgoing 5.0L Coyote. The pistons are supposedly stronger as well but are also not true forged either so their resistance to detonation damage is not as great. The block is still up in the air. I feel that Ford will release an improved production version in the future but early reports indicate that the 15 block is the same. I have not seen one out of a 2015 car yet so like I said...still up in the air.
