No. You have to do a Sync 3 swap.

Bad news : Carplay won't work with your current setup.
Good news: A Sync3 swap is easier and cheaper than ever with the '19 - just swapped to Sync 3 in my '19 GT (I had the swap previously installed in my '17 V6).

Start here:

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/sync-3-swap-its-all-in-here.82973/

For your '19 all you need it the APIM (the brain / computer than runs Sync 3 it is normally bolted to the back of the 8" touch screen) you also need the 8" touch screen and the radio bezel (plastic piece with all the controls that goes on the outside of the screen.

Everything plugs right up on the '19 and you need to make changes with FORSCAN to get it work right.

You can buy a swap ready to go from Harnesses by Hextall :

https://www.harnessbyhextall.com/

There are several other companies that offer the conversion as well.

BONUS: If you swap to Sync 3 - you can also enable drives modes on your Base '19 GT - I have them enabled on mine. Normal, Sport, Track, Dragstrip and Rain / Snow.
