You can't get the mustang in the UK now? If you can, maybe a local dealer will hook you up? If not, maybe you can get the part from a dealer in Canada - probably not too hard to install on your own.

i'm not sure if his is a grey import from canada... an official UK dealer might not be allowed to touch it?

spoke to my dealer today, he is looking into it, when the Sync 3 comes out on the UK cars then will be easier

Spoke to a dealer about this and he said the upgrade should be free. He said from what he knows it should either be a software flash or at worse a module swap.

you are right.

for carplay, only your usb drive will change and it will support apple. As apple is shit enough not to allow normal USB read through it.

It more like entire usb module replacement.

Android will be plug and play.

Expect this arn august to September after 2017s start hitting.
