Sorry to create a thread for something pretty minor but I wasn't sure where else I could ask the question.

The 3rd beak-light on the top of the rear glass, is the light raised above the glass or is the glass shaped to go under. I've seen pictures that make it look both ways and since I haven't seen any close-up I can't tell.

IIRC after seeing it I believe that the glass is curved around the light, following the curvature from the double bubble roof.

its very slightly raised up, looks kinda cool in person, not something that you will really notice without looking for it

I didn't even notice it until I saw it in person. Very very well done, in my opinion.

Thanks, that's a much better pic that I'd seen previously.
Other pics made it look like the glass had a dip which now it looks like it doesn't and the light is slightly raised. Much clearer now.
It should make tinting easier and cleaner

It definitely gives the illusion of the glass being curved around/under the light. I thought it was till I saw one in person.

Here’s without the glass.

Perfect, now it's completely clear. Shaped glass would have looked great but I'm fine with this.

As the others have said, the glass is cut around the shape of the CHMSL Which for the Record is the same CHMSL Ford uses on the Fusion. I Like how it is the same width as the Center Portion of the Double Bubble Roofline and the way it is Cut Out of the Back Window Glass it really accentuates the Dip in the Roof. From the Rear it does give the appearance that the Window Also Dips .

Unless you get the Convertible that is...
I'm glad they didn't mount it in the Decklid on the Fastbacks.
