interesting to look over the VIN list...now, with nearly 1,000 cars listed, I have a '1 of 1' configuration so far.
There have only been three R's built without the electronics package. All three are Avalanche Grey, but the other two have black roofs. One with stripes, on without.
Interesting....
Congrad brother R man....You will be the first to receive an R to my knowledge..In fact I have not heard of anyone receiving a 2015 R yet..anyone? The Zone rep in Dallas told me yesterday that ALL R's where on hold until next year...well when you get your R I will love to show her she is mistaken...probably will not help my cause, but what the hay...The fact that you have a 1 of 1 is so cool ...  :headbang:

I thought Ford was not shipping these cars in the months of November through February specifically because of the Sport Cup 2 tires? I read that here in a couple of different threads.

Need to get it out to CA ASAP so the tires will be happy!

Congrats! I hope to be driving a similarly colored track pack GT350 back from OK in mid to late December.

Will definitely be up for a meet maybe early next year.

this is one of those times that makes you wish you lived closer to MI ;-)
No flames please...I was born and raised in the midwest.

my ETA isn't 'til Dec 27.
Congrats on the milestone! Believe me, I would rather have a delay on the car and be able to look forward to years of nice weather to drive it in. I have my car but now I have to put snow tires on it. :(

Exactly. So,......it just sits till spring? I don't really understand.
just saying that many folks have had cars built that then end up sitting for some time. if you believe there's been a quality issue that held them up (which I do) then you'd be hopeful that it'll ship quickly...particularly given the R tire issue.
I'm hopefully optimistic. but realistic. I've had a VIN since July and an original build date of Aug 24...so I've gotten accustomed to unexpected delays.

Y'all suck! ;) I still haven't heard one iota...
I could be wrong but I suggest that your VIN has already been issued with a scheduled production date set for January.

Call Chris on Monday as he should be able to confirm for you?

Good luck and I hope that you get some good news early next week and keep us all posted!
