I went to the 34th Annual All American Day, (Car Show), at Castle Towers, Castle Hill, today, (Sunday 17/01/16). Castle Hill is in NW Sydney.
It was hosted by the Mustang Owners Club of Australia, NSW Branch.
There were in excess of 500 cars there today.
A very large percentage were Mustangs.
The Dealer Principal from Clancy Ford at Bathurst, had 2 new Mustangs on display.
A Race Red Eco Convertible Auto and a Ingot Silver Fastback GT V8 Manual.
The Fastback GT had after market silver wheels.
Both cars drew a lot of attention from other Mustang owners as well as the general public.
The panel fit, rear window fit and general paintwork / finish, looked to be ok on both cars.
Both cars had the front NSW Slimline Number Plates, screwed directly to the front Bumper, using the 2 dimples that are moulded into the Bumper.
A round spacer, approximately 5 to 6 mm thick, was used between the Plate and the Bumper, at each screw mounting point. The plate remained straight, ie, was not bent to the contour of the Bumper.
The Plates were fitted with Altrex Perspex Number Plate Frames. They looked quiet ok.
Sorry no pictures, that's another story, my wife dropped me off and I left my phone in the console of her car.
