What's up, Fam~

I made a mistake on the tires I purchased last fall (should have done some research, huh?). I'm in the process of correcting that, but my question is whether there is that big a difference between running a 275 or a 285 front tire? My front rim is 20x10, and the rear is 20x11, with a 305/35ZR20 (I'm happy with this size).

And the tires I am going with will be the Michelin Pilot 4s or the Continental Extreme EC Sport 2 (I did my research this time 🙄)

Either one will work, I personally run 285/35 on that size wheel

Is there that much of a visual difference from 275 to 285? No need for spacers or anything?

Go here and play around. You can see what they will look like relative to each other. Check out the different tabs that let you change sizes and visualize stuff.

2020 Ford Mustang Fastback GT Tires

You can select exact year/model etc. I just selected 2020 GT in the above link

No visual difference and no spacers needed assuming your wheel offsets are fine (+35 to +40 for 20x10 up front is typical)

I run 285/35/R19 up front on 19x10 +35mm rims, on the rear I run 325/30/R19 on 19x11 rims +50mm. I have Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires, great tire handle great and has awesome dry and wet traction. Firestone has an upgraded version of the tire with a V2 in the name now. They are reasonably priced, not cheap but reasonably priced and I can not say I have found a fault with them, they preform great.

That profile looks thick for a 275 35 20 inch rim 🤔
Is that a Michelin pilot sport 4s?
What I mean by “thick” is more tire than rim
