I just used the chat function on an iPad using Safari with no problem. When I hit it the chat button I didn’t get the normal type of pop up. It was more like a bar pop up along the right side of the screen That I had to click on.

I solved the mistery; it's the location. I spun a Windows Server 2022 image on Azure, West US geography and from there, it works!

Today I got a reply from Ford that my EU Mustang which I ordered 12/21 still has no production date. Apparently the cause is a shortage on SYNC units and the stocks are empty right now.

tbh sounds like a cheap excuse to me. With every day passing,
I am more convinced that the car will never be built.

Just found out my Mustang Gt was built today and awaiting shipment. Considering I ordered the car on 5/13, I feel very fortunate. Hopefully people who ordered thier Mustangs earlier than me get some good news soon.

I thought I had the B/O upgrade when I ordered, didn't notice it wasn't there until I got my VIN and didn't want to risk delaying production further. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

That sounds like BS. I have a a GT coming to the UK that I ordered in March and the last update I had was that it was built and in Newark.

Unless you have a Mach 1 and they build them later and have since run out of SYNC units but that seems like a stretch.

originally ordered my 301a on July 7th changed my order to an ice white 401a 10 speed on the 20th got a vin number and scheduled build date yesterday

Also to me sound like complete BS. And I don't think he heard from "Ford" but most probably from his dealer.
As far as I can tell the Ford ordering process is working for everyone here, maybe a little slower than the past, but is working indeed.

He had better sever relationship with the dealer and work with a more professional one.

Glad to see so many receiving emails with build dates; congrats to all!!

Hoping to see something on a build date soon for my order that was placed in late April.
Really don't want to drive the car home from the dealership in the middle of a New England winter!

Well... Impatience may of gotten the best of me. I may or may not be jumping on a flight tomorrow morning to pick up the exact same spec car that I have on order... Got a pretty fair deal given the circumstances, and I'll get to enjoy it before the snow comes lol

Haha thanks! I'm definitely excited, going to be one hell of a long day tomorrow but will be awesome. Luckily bringing a friend so the 10 hour drive back hopefully won't suck to much haha.
