so the dealer goofed and ordered my car with a spoiler... and then placed an order for my exact car minus the spoiler... but i've decided to go with the one that has a spoiler.

so if anybody wants a car identical to min minus spoiler about a month later i know where to find it!

I ordered a Mustang GT Premium, on 7/16. Got confirmation on 7/19 and noticed the B&O Audio upgrade wasn't itemized on the WBDO order confirmation. I notified the dealer and they just emailed me saying its included but didn't send an updated order confirmation, there’s a price difference so want to be sure, i also just got the production date email set from from Ford for 8/29 and a VIN assigned so want to make sure im not at point of no return for adding the upgraded audio, why its not included in the 401A package is beyond me.

My order did the same thing. I put it on and it added the price to the bottom total, but listed the MSRP total add as $0 for the line item... I thought it was a chip shortage thing, so I just deleted the B&O, I will just do after-market. Once we did the delete the total worked out and I pulled the trigger. Got my build schedule email today...

I just checked the Order Guide and the B&O sound pkg is NOT included and is an option (option 583). So if not listed, you are not getting it. Might still be able to get it added, but needs to be done immediately.
If you click on the “Track my Order” link on the email from Ford with your VIN, you can review everything included in your order. You definitely want to see it in writing!

Your dealer had done well in getting you scheduled so quickly!

I thought I had the B/O upgrade when I ordered, didn't notice it wasn't there until I got my VIN and didn't want to risk delaying production further. I guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Just checked with Ford Chat, my car is "in production, body shop, scheduled completion 7/23."

I guess this is finally going to happen! Good luck to everyone waiting.
