I really wanted a 350, but up here a 2016-2017 350 is about 10k CAD more than my loaded GT Premium build was and a 2018 is about 20k more.

Don't lose faith you all! I'm sure they'll schedule us for builds last week of December and deliver right when the new ones are hitting the streets.

Lol that's exactly what I'm afraid of, either that or they give me my order just before the snow flies up here and the car spends the first 6 months of ownership in my garage

LOL, right before the new model comes out, to maximize immediate depreciation.

I'm starting to look for something already built and in inventory, even though it will have more options than I want and cost more. It would be nice to get my convertible before the heat of the summer moves in.

I went through something similar trying to order a new BMW. The dealer didn't get any allocations (they can't order a car until they get an allocation for that model) for a few months, so I gave up and bought a used one.

After several changes to my build date, the last notification from Ford on Mar 11 was that my car was scheduled to be built this week (week of Mar 28). When I tried to track status this morning, I got a message saying that tracking status is not yet available. How up to date is the tracking info? Do they update status daily, weekly, etc? Or is it possible the site is not working? Just trying to confirm that my car is in fact being built this week.

No, it's not just a Ford thing, but Ford is the absolute worst offender. It's not just delays, it's watching them fill orders made months after mine, without any reason or communication. The first dealer I went to tried to mark up an order. The Bronco fiasco is inexcusable.

There are plenty of options that don't involve this kind of frustration for an expensive toy.

Or is it possible the site is not working? Just trying to confirm that my car is in fact being built this week.

If you put your VIN in and see data, then car is being built. I also have 3/28 week build and my modules started showing up yesterday. I think normal tracker site is broke, again.

Where the mischievous purple orders? Seems like no one has taken delivery. Here's my order status for mischievous purple 401A. Taking delivery will also be posted on my channel. I'll be installing the 3p airbags and wheels shortly after if anyone wants to follow the delivery and build.

disagree with the plenty of options. Nothing like this “toy” is easy or simple to get these days. From the V8 to Kias, it is all a mess.

For me order status was always unavailable when Ford was updating my status. So I was able to see status last week showing in production. Then this past Monday tracking status wasn't working. Just received a email today showing car is built and delivery date was given. But tracking status still inop. I'm sure it's because they are in process of finalizing build and getting it delivered. I'm sure the tracking status will be back up sometime this week. Just takes a bit to show the update.

Hey zombie, when did you order? And I hear you on getting the car before the next winter. Im from Ontario Canada and i was literally thinking the same thing getting the car right before the next winter would suck! I ordered my car 11/04/21 and STILL it’s unscheduled clean! I’m hoping this week is the week I’ll hear something
