10 and 275 or 285 is easily done depends on the specs, however a 8.5 and a 275 is too wide I would do a 255 widest.

He means a 275 tire is too wide for an 8.5" wide wheel. Although people do it, that doesn't mean you should.

I've got a 19x8.5 up front with 245/45/19. Fills the wheel well nice! But i think a 255/35 might look better.

I'm running 20x10 et45 with 20mm spacers 275/35 Nitto NT555 G2 and steeda progressives. Zero rubbing and no issues.
