No ill intent. Just poking fun at the seriousness of this forum sometimes. That was about as a childish a response I could come up with that I thought was funny. I have no clue one way or the other but I’m leaning towards no based on my internet detective work. Which is suspect at best.Have I said there will be one? Did I? There is a difference. I'm not being a dick about it. I'm hoping there will be. Again, hoping.
It’s confidential and it appears you will be on the outside looking in.How do you know they aren't building one? What proof do you have?
Come on wiseguy....you spoke up
LOL Housewife Blue. I’m just mad I didn’t come up with that one.The fact that your new 500 is housewife blue means that there will be no MY 23.
I didn't make that up, my wife remembers those days and she said that's what they used to call it back in 67. It was a color that a lot of women chose.LOL Housewife Blue. I’m just mad I didn’t come up with that one.
Why compromise? Own a CFTP and an R. Done.Let's just compromise. Pull off the blower, spin that CPC Predator block North of 8k, and get her down to 3600 lbs.
As fast as the 500 is, there’s just something about a GT3-like “lightweight” DCT car that appeals to me. Do think the R is the best looking Mustang ever so no complaints from me if it used all that bodywork. Why compromise? Own a CFTP and an R. Done.
Yes, and own a GT3 as well, lol. People are drawn to the R because it is probably the last of its kind. 3 pedals, flat plane crank, ballance, etc. It was and is a beautiful driver's car. The 500, although a bit heavier, has some serious performance. I would run 2:05 to 2:06 at Daytona in the R. The day out in the CFTP, I ran 2:00. This year I will have new tires. I am sure I will run under 2:00. The car is that good.As fast as the 500 is, there’s just something about a GT3-like “lightweight” DCT car that appeals to me. You can talk about weight and no third pedal, but the performance is undeniable. And Im yet to see a GT3 hang with a 500 on a track like Daytona.
have you seen this? not bad for a mustang...That is totally amazing, hanging with a GT3, is that because Daytona has high speed straights ??
And thats on a short technical course. a fast speedway, and its no contesthave you seen this? not bad for a mustang...
I'm sitting here thinking 'damn that's pretty impressive for a car that's giving up 240hp and doing it normally aspirated with 1.2 liters of displacement less that the 500.'have you seen this? not bad for a mustang...
I agree and I worked for them long enough to get a pension.Price aside, this is a Ford mustang that’s in the same league as a Porsche, that is a feat no matter how you look at it.
