2022 Prices?

Just curious to know if anyone who has ordered a 2022, was there a price increase with MSRP from the 2021 model?

Lastly is there still a $1000 incentive for ordering the 2022? Thanks

Here is a 2022 Window Sticker I found at my dealership (not my car), showing a variety of prices on this car that just got built at the Ford factory with a 1/24/2022 blend date (but not yet delivered). Just showing this as another example of 2022 pricing.

Looking at the Window Sticker above, that GT Premium is loaded with so many options that has it pushing toward "Mach 1" territory, including the total MSRP. If it were me trying to order something like this, I'd just order a Mach 1 and get the often preferred Tremec by default!

Thanks, so the GT Premium Base Price is US $40,450, which is a $165 increase over 2021 @ $40,285 when I last checked .

Thanks for sharing that, as that gives some perspective with my DORA price sheet seen earlier on this thread. I did recently hear about Ford raising prices, and Googling around I found some news articles on it, for example:

The 2021 Mustang GT Premium base price was $40,285, and for 2022 it initially was raised to $40,450 (my base price when I placed my order a couple months ago). And in the past couple days, that base price has gone up another $825 to $41,275 (seen on your sheet).

Eyeballing your sheet, the only other thing that stands out to me is a price increase on the Active Valve Performance Exhaust option. In 2021 it used to be $895, then it was raised to $995 in late 2021 and for early 2022 orders, and now it has gone up another $230 to $1225.

Hey tentaclekitty have you received any info on delivery of your car? I think our cars were built around the same time frame. I haven't heard anything but with my dealer that doesn't mean anything.

The 4 things that I saw changed on Ford's systems in the past couple of days for my car were these:

1. The BCE Modules data populated.
2. The SYNC Update started showing a date on ford.com.
3. My Window Sticker got an updated footer date.
4. I received the "Your Vehicle Has Been Built" email (see below). Note there is an estimated delivery to dealer time in that email.

I have not received any specific notifications nor emails about Shipment yet, but I am thinking that might come in the next few days. By looking at other orders and data folks have shared on this forum, I have seen patterns where Built date and Shipment date can be up to at least few days apart. My car will be shipping by RAIL (train), so I guess based on the train schedule. If your vehicle is shipping by CONVOY (truck), that might imply a different schedule based on the truck/shipping company.

I could swear your total was much higher when I first wrote this. Turns out I only looked at the MSRP, which is very close to my discounted Mach 1 price of $57,620 for a Mach 1, 700A, HP, A10 in Eruption Green.

That is almost exactly what I'm paying for my Mach1 700A, HP, A10 I have on order from Granger, after the discount.

I agree that dealers like Granger and Chapman have some of the best prices, given these times of inflation, supply chain issues, and ADMs being slapped on many cars. I wish I lived closer to Granger to have made easier the possibility of buying from them.

I live almost 2000 miles away, and even if I have it shipped, I'd still be saving around $3k over MSRP. There are zero Mach 1's available anywhere near MSRP price in the S.F. Bay Area. I plan on making a driving vacation out of picking up my M1.

In my pricing and buying situation, I am a bit fortunate as most of the cost of the car is being offset by business/customers who are funding the vehicle for some software development projects (Internet-Of-Things Vehicle Data Analytics linked to cloud-based Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure). My personal investment in the vehicle will be relatively low, probably under $10K. That's why a part of me is somewhat indifferent on the overall price, for my car at MSRP. It's mostly a business cost that customers are wanting and largely funding.

Mine is from Chapman, they'll do discount on another form. This is just to confirm options, so Ford pricing. But how do you get a Mach 1 HP close to this? The GT gets 4% (which only translates into a 1500-2000 discount) and the 1000 incentive. The Mach 1 gets 2%? And no incentive on Mach 1. So the GT should be a good chunk cheaper, unless you put on all options in which Mach 1 without HP is the way to go.
