2021 Owners Manual - 1st time 10R80 gear ratios are listed

So something caught my eye when browsing through the 2021 Mustang Owners Manual.

It's the first time that the 10R80 Trans gearing ratio is actually listed in any Mustang Owner's manual from 2018 forward.

The only confusing part is, it's listed under "Mach 1" titling and it's the only place in the entire manual the 10R80 trans gear ratios and the MT82 trans gear ratios are laid out.

I'm curious to know if the 10R80 gear ratios as seen in the attached 2021 image are or have been the same since S550 integration.

Does anyone have the 2018-2020 S550 only gearing ratios for the 10R80 to compare? They're not available in the Owners Manuals, already looked through each.

I just googled 10r80 ratios and came up with this http://www.f150hub.com/trans/10r80.html

Don't know when it was posted but I always thought the ratios used on the 150 and the mustang were the same.

I've seen both of those gearsets since close to two years now. As far as the driving is concerned, there isn't enough difference to matter. Parts replacement could well be a different story, though.

Since this transmission was a joint Ford-GM effort, at least at the car level I'd expect the Mustang's 10R80 to be more comparable to the Camaro's 10L90 than to a Ford truck version.

So to bring an update to my original questions - here's another thread for future reference. I was able to find prior year 10R80 gear ratios in the event anyone else is seeking the same info.
