No, we know exactly how many HEP cars there will be because they're all now accounted for. The numbers above are not new, they're just numbers moving through the system.

I saw a rumor somewhere that they were going to make 1965 HEP’s.. but that was just a rumor.. I have found nothing in the Ford Media Site that gave production numbers.

All, if you are still looking for a 2020 GT350 (HEP or non-HEP or want a certain color or options, etc.), I found this spreadsheet to be a great resource in buying mine (loaded HEP, non-R purchased 11/18/20). I used it to identify dealers that had ones I was interested in. I live near Sacramento but was willing to go as far south as Bakersfield all the way up to Oregon as all of the dealers near me prefer to keep their GT350's on their lots at crazy high ADMs or ordered ones without all the options (not sure why). I then cross referenced Ford.com search capabilities by zip (to see window stickers to confirm the spreadsheet options on non-R cars) as well looking at the dealer websites. Many times, the Ford.com site is out of date as to if a car is still available or not. I ruled out dealers that were marking the car up by more than $20K and sent out inquiries to the others. I was going back and forth between R and non-R and found a couple HEP R's at 10K markup asking price (keep in mind that this is Kalifornia where markup is higher on everything), got one dealer down to a 4K markup on an R (that has since sold) but ultimately, I decided on a non-R (between the speedbumps in my neighborhood and young kids, I will drive a non-R a lot more) and I was able to buy it below MSRP. Based on the spreadsheet/my research, my car was one of the last few loaded [all options including cover] HEP non-R cars available in Northern California. So if you want to avoid ADM's and are willing to invest the time, this spreadsheet can be very useful to your search. Thanks much!

BTW, I blame Ford for making me buy one by EOL'ing the GT350 (last of the great manual transmission muscle cars before the world goes electric) and coming out with the HEP version (I have a couple classic Mustangs and love the vintage colors).
