Did insurance tell you the car needs to run when they pick it up? If they are saying its totaled you could just slap any manifold and intake you can find from some online junk yard or some other website then when they come to get it just have them tow it out I highly doubt they will be looking to deep besides making sure it still has a motor its not like they need to test drive it
