2019 GT350 MATERIAL HOLD

I have ordered several Fords over the course of time. Four Raptors, a 2012 GT500, several trucks, cars, etc. Can someone enlighten me on what the Material Hold is on these cars? I am in no rush for the car, but when you call anyone, no one has a clue as to what to say, ETA, nothing. The only confirmation is it is in Order Processing. Can anyone give me an idea on how long it should take from order, to at least a VIN? I was told the allocation was not an issue.

It means they will build your car when it's time. Your local Ford rep and ford work out when a car gets built

Hey Traffic. I'm in the same boat as you right now. Ordered mine on 3/08, anxiously awaiting the 2nd allocation. In doing some digging around I found this on the Ford Performance site. Although it's an older post, it gives you a breakdown on what's a part of each step in the process from order to delivery. At least this is something for us to occupy our time ;-)
