2019 Ecoboost Mustang Limp Mode

What is the problem? Do you know how to fix it?
I was driving when suddenly the sound and visual collission alert popped. There was not a real reason I was driving slowly because of heavy traffic.
Then after a while I started driving full throttle and there was a curve coming so I stepped off gas and it acted like if It tried to shift gears and felt like a harsh shift. It went into Limp Mode and "Pre-collision assist not available message" popped up.
It has happened before also on the road; but that time I was driving like my grand ma.

Hey hey. I had the exact same thing happen in my 2020 eco. What did u find out was causing this and what was the fix.
