So the few articles out there talking about 2019 features are specifically saying that the auto rev match feature in the 2019 6MT is reserved only for performance pack trim levels.
I'm guessing we won't know for sure if this is true until they start rolling off the assembly line, but I'd be pretty disappointed if it was. I'm thankful the A10 is still an option, but was looking forward to a rev match 6MT as a cost savings option (speccing the PP defeats that purpose).
EDIT: So here's the press release that everyone is quoting: https://media.ford.com/content/ford...ns-for-2019-mustang--plus-enthusiast-upd.html
I wonder if there will be any way to access the rev match outside of buying the PP. It has to basically be a programming thing at this point, since the 6MT transmission in PP and non-PP is essentially the same.

So it looks like you'll have to add the $3-4K PP pack to get the rev match in the manual. Not the direction I was hoping Ford to go with this. When that torque gets delivered to the pavement via 6-speed manual and available Performance Package, you better hold on, because that’s where rev-matching gives Mustang drivers a leg – or a heel and a toe – up.
