2018 tail lights on a 2016

So im trying to retrofit a set of 2018+ rear taillights on my 2016 and The Body Shop is telling me that the pin plug connector is not the same as my 16, 5 instead of 4, so my question is do they make a harness that's plug&in play to make these lights work properly. I bought these used and the seller did not give me the factory pigtails and wiring. Went to the area ford dealer and they were clueless.

Hmmm, maybe you need more from the 18 taillight? Here's a member swapping this way for a GT350, which I believe was largely unchanged from 2015 - 2020.
