How much would it cost for rear brembos for a GTPP? Those base brakes just LOOK so cheap, I'd want it to match.
I look back at the SP Challenger/Charger, they already have Brembo standard front and rear and a separate option to bump up wheel size/tire size/front brembo to 6 pot from 4 pot for just $2200 as a stand alone option.

Could Ford have let the GT Premium have 4 pot brembo standard fronts and 2 pot rears.... Would have been nice like Dodge does with an alternative.

Be really careful, as you can easily throw the front to rear brake balance off (and too much rear brake because you put bigger rotors in and/or swapped to more powerful calipers is not a good thing especially in the rain). Potential ABS and AdvanceTrak issues . . . all because you need to change a "look"???

I've had a c6 z06 and a 2013 mustang gt and the gt has way more room, unless you are big you just can't understand. I know the mfg specs and dimensions look similar but way different when sitting in them. A vetted is not comfy at all. A mustang is by comparison
Uh huh. And looks and comfort aren't subjective anymore.

Also I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs. I'm not a Sasquatch by any means, but I'm tall enough.

No. My buddy has a C7 and I've gotten out of his car and into mine, and vice versa, plenty of times. You can't put the seat as far back in the C7 and it definitely feels more cramped, although that's mostly psychological. The seats are also harder.

On the passenger side, the story gets way worse.

That's not to say I don't personally like the C7. I fit in it fine, I find the seats comfortable and I prefer a seating position where my knees damn near hit the dash.

I will say that the Challengers are exceptionally comfy and roomy from my perspective. I could road trip a Hellcat for hours on end. Some disagree, but I really like the seating position and everything - especially like how much adjustment range there is in the telescoping wheel.
Oh I don't disagree that the Corvette feels different than the Mustang/Challenger/Camaro. It's lower and definitely more of a paint to get into/out of. But once I was in I was just fine. Although I'm 6'2" and 230 lbs. Different body dimensions definitely effect how you feel in the car.

Again, how hard is it to read my post, never said being tall had anything to do with it.:frusty:

You clearly stated size matters and people like more room and said you were a big guy. You were discussing body proportions.

Taller people need more room than shorter people. Skinny people need less room than fat people. Comfort is subjective. If it wasn't, everyone would sleep on plywood.

The point stands. I don't have to refer to everything specifically in your post even if it hurts your feelings.

I was going to trade the Mustang for a Vette a few months ago. Til I sat in the Vette. I was a gymnastic maneuver to just fall into the car. Once inside. My head was hitting the roof. I also like to manspread while on long trips. And the Vette forces you to sit with your legs together. And your feet directly in front of you. With your knees bent quite a bit. At 6.4 & 260 pounds. It's a great performance car. But that's just not the car for me after a test ride.

Yea, I was looking at them too before I bought the SS... Same issue. I liked them but getting in them was a pain. Once in I was fine though. I personally do like the whole man-spreading thing on long trips as well...

One thing I wish we could get on the Mustang/Challenger/Camaro is a damn targa top... Or... T-Tops. Although I'd need to go find my mullet for the second choice. I really don't want a full on convertible but would still love being able to remove part of the roof. (Then again maybe either of those choices would look terrible on the current gens.)

Alas, that doesn't seem to be in the cards for them anywhere.

Ok, for all you guys and gals arguing over the price of the PP1. my 2014 base A6 GT came with some crappy looking 5 or 4 spoke bright silver wheels with 235 or 245 / 18 tires. Couldn't get the PP with the auto. I changed out the wheels with Ford racing forged black 19/19.5s. Put Michelin pilots on, 275/19 squared. Totally transformed the car in handling and looks. Though still a little floaty at high speed/ dipped roadways. Heres the kicker, price to complete? Approx $3500.

My fifth gen Camaro had a sun roof. Hated it. It actually took up more space. The the T-Tops in my 87 iroc were bad ass. Didn't even leak! If Chevy could capture the 3 gens green house. With the 6th gens performance and materials. They'd have a real winner on their hands.
