2018 Mustang GT Tick and Rattle at 1500 rpm, but dealership says its from the exhaust.

Have heard a few others on this site with that sound. Some have pursued it with Ford with varying results some have not. Good luck getting what you need done.

Um...you'll be getting a new engine I think.

Most of the other BBQ ticks I've heard really don't follow through the rev range like your does but at idle that sounds like all the other ones.

This sound after a short hit, i have it since the first kilometer and with the new engine too.

Sounds like internal engine noise, not exhaust leakage. Your dealer doesn't know how to trouble-shoot engine noises.

Yeah definatly. Manager assigned by Ford was strongly stating that the noise is from exhaust so I couldnt debate more. Hope FCA does it right way.

Hello, whatever came of this? I am having the same exact issues with my 18 GT and my dealer is telling me it is the exhaust. They even bent my exhaust or something and created a new different noise! Please let me know what came of your situation. Thank you
