Yes, i have read the whole topic. But there are 2 diffrent rattle, correct? I have both with the new engine. Knocking at idle (1500rpm) and rattle under load in S Modus. Its a little bit better, when i drive hard... Monday i will bring it back to dealer, we will see. Maybe the second new engine...

Hi, i got a new angine bcause of rattle in idle at 1500rpm. New engine, new game. But now i have a slight rattle under load between 2000rpm and 3000rpm. I feel it, when i use the S Modus... Whats wrong?

Do you have a slight rattle around 3000rpm when you driving? I have it in Sport Modus, accelarate to 3000rpm and you can hear a light rattle. The rattle is not to hear, when you are in neutral...

so after 2400km with my new engine, i have again the rattle in idle at 1500rpm. So angry....i think the engine is also defect. I have an appointment in Dezember. We will see... I hate the Mustang 18.

Its not ticking, its rattling betwenn 1500rpm/2000rpm. Not so strong, but its there:( Is your Mustang rattling`?

I dont know if its the hole engine, because the bulding date is still April 18. So probably a short block.

Yes, but its right that they found some damages on the cylinder walls, correct? So for me it sounds, everyone with rattle(1500rpm) has a damage? Or, the damage has no impact for the engine, i dont know. I wish a statement, but Ford is silence:(

So after 500km with my new engine, i heared today some rattle @1500rpm again. When the enigine is hot, there is no rattle. I*m a little bit scared, will it be more worse and get the second engine? I'm sad and angry!!!!!!

Sorry to hear that. My Mustang 2018 got a new engine, because of rattling 1500rpm and scratches on the cylinder wall. No i have only a rattle after cold start when i push the gas pedal for a short time.

So, after 7 weeks my dealer has changed my long block. No rattle anymore, i hope it will be so for ever. Does anyone has postive experience, after a new long block change? Will it be forever dissappear`?
