Good afternoon, I am needing help finding the PDF forum with step by step to removing the dash to get to the evaporator core. My evaporator core went out and i am unfortunately out of my warranty window and will just replace the part by myself.

I saw the pdf instructions and saw it was for a 2015-2017, but assuming that it’s the same instructions for the 2018’s-2023 correct?
I can't say for sure, but I'd guess they're pretty much the same.
Sorry you're having to deal with this. It makes me glad I still have about 4 years left on my extended warranty.

I’ll just take it and run with it lol. I have been reading the forums about 2015’s-2017’s having issues with them and haven’t really seen much with the 18’s and up. I actually had the evap core replaced exactly 3 years ago last month and it just decided to fail on me again! I unfortunately do not have extended warranty and it really just looks time consuming to do that’s why people would rather take it to the dealership and pay $2500+ to get replaced but i would much rather save that money and put it towards something else lol.

Just start taking bolts out, eventually the dash will come lol you can leave the steeing column attached to the dash, disconnect the steering shaft under the dash, just make sure you tie up the wheel so it doesn't free spin, you'll tear your clock spring apart. there's 4 or 5 bulkhead connectors on either side of hte dash, and a couple of connectors that go to the BCM on the passenger kick panel. 2 bolts in each door jamb, they won't completely out, but once they're loose you should be able to work around them. 2 bolts in the firewall under the windshield wiper motor, you'll likely need to completely remove the wiper motor to get those out. remove the center console and connectors, 4x bolts at the trans tunnel, and you can pll it out mostly assembled.

Yeah that’s what i was thinking of doing, everything will fall into place and obvious bolts will need to come out. I’m not ready to give it a try but this heat is no joke and can’t wait any longer. Thank you
