If you get the 2018 GT Mustang watch out for the engine tick that ford says is normal and will not fix it now. I got my Brand new 2017 Mustang V-6 for $22,999 sticker was $28,050 Jan,2nd,2019. I stayed away from the 2018 V-8 because of all the story on youtube of engines going bad.

On Monday I pick up my 2017 ecoboost premium manual that I paid 23k (33k sticker) + 1700 tax = 24,700 out the door. new leftover stock.

Some really good deals right now!

I hope this is the correct place. I am looking to purchase a Brand new 2018. GT Premium, PP1, Active Exhaust, and Enhanced Security Package. Sticker is 45,280 dealer took off 3,045. Then 3k in rebates. Sale price of 39,235.

Is this a good deal for a 2018 or can I do better?
I would think you should be able to beat that by quite a bit. I ordered an '18 301A PP2 w/ cloth Recaros and active exhaust almost a year ago. MSRP was $47,080. I paid $38,949.95 ($38,750 plus $199.95 doc fee). That included $3,000 rebate and $750 private cash.

A good deal on a car is if you feel like you are happy about it, some one always has a “better deal” out there. I got lucky on my 18 since it was sitting for 5 months, list at 50,070 if I recall. PP1, active exhaust, 401a, shaker, mag ride, extra security package or what ever it’s called. I paid 39,8 something. That was with Prior military and 750 private cash. Also on Memorial Day sale.

$6K off is decent. I've seen bigger discounts. I got $7968 off my '19 GT.

Without getting in details, I had 9% off msrp on a base ecoboost with 101A, PP, AE and Magneride.

Well at the end of the day I wound up sticking with Subaru. Picked up a 19 STI. I finally drove the mustang and the back seats were just too small for me. It would have been my DD and i have 2 kids that are still in car seats. I also think RWD is not for me right now, maybe when the kids are older and I can pick one up as a 3rd car. I will say the damn things are beautiful.
