You only need to add the lights and the switch. The only thing you won't have is the fog lights icon in the dash. It's plug and play.

@blueskies925 You're running 275/40R19 on the back, as I can see. 285/35R19 will be a little bit smaller (0.3 inches). It will clear easily the fenders.
