Replacing it would be a better option. It’s coming off the car to do either.
Unfortunately I live outside the US so exporting and installing an after market one would be about 4500$ total and reinstalling this one and welding it would be about 500$.
But will a weld hold?

+1 on replacing.

Yes a good machine or welding shop can fix it.

Yes a weld will hold if done properly. Find a good shop that knows how to weld stainless steel.

I see your over see’s. I was referring to oem not aftermarket. Question, that $500 includes removal and reinstall? It can be welded(tig) if they know what there doing. Just have to be very careful on distorting the header mounting flange. The big down side here is its not a fun job getting the manifold in and out. For sure where patience is necessary. Side note, bet your car gets lots of attention there.

haha yeah it definitely does get a lot of attention , only 3 in this country without the possibility to import more.
Yes 500$ is including removal and reinstall. Also I looked up OEM on Tasca and its more expensive than after market so its seems a no brainer

I did a brief search and didnā€˜t find any used manifolds, not that there not out there. I would do a little more in depth on that first and then repair it. There pricey for sure new. If you do go the repair route I’d go all the way around and not just do the failed section.
