If you aren't scared to drill two little holes in plastic, the Audi is the way to go. I have had both. LTD works great, but the Audi is MUCH more convenient if you ever need to use your back seat. Will save some $$$ too.A windscreen makes a huge difference! There aren't all that many options though. Love The Ride makes one that goes in with a series of straps and buckles and runs around $400.
If you're into DIY stuff you can do as I did and put in one from an Audi A4. There's a thread in the convertible section with details on that project. I've got about $110 in it and am extremely pleased with the fit, finish and performance.
