2018 Ecoboost PP front struts assembly replacement

Hi, I want to replace my front shocks and would like to replace the whole assembly (shocks and springs) to avoid the hassle of dealing with spring compressors at my driveway.

Where can I buy the OEM Ford performance strut assembly?
All I can find is all the separated parts for me to assemble or get an aftermarket assembly (FCS, GSP...)
I would like to find a Ford performance replacement or at least a decent aftermarket that's fully assembled (like Bilstein B6 Heavy Duty but I can only find the struts, not the whole unit assembled).
For those replacing your struts on your garage or driveway, where do you get your struts assembly? Or are you compressing springs and reusing your springs.

P.S. I don't want to lower the car. If I did I wouldn't have this problem because Ford Performance sells a good kit fully assembled front and back that is lowered.

Didn't think any of the Ford Performance kits had loaded struts but never really searched for one.

You have the answer - people either compress their own struts (it's not that big of a deal with basic common sense and safety precautions) or have shop do it.
