Bezel arrived today so RHD conversion finally complete. ended up getting it from https://www.mystangmods.com.au/ who shipped it to me from Flat Rock, still on back-order with no ETA at Ford EU.

Doesn't it feel a lot better with it all done up? Really hated the whole cluster sliding around when I took corners. As it is, I have a tiny rattle from it over bumps that I'm going to have to go back in for eventually, but for now I just keep the volume high.

idk, I talked with Mike, told him just to ship the stuff out in a way that makes sense and doesn't waste money. Can't do anything w/o the SCCM and course the display anyhow. Waiting.. Jepordy music playing...

yes it is still on backorder as far as I know. I have my new one ordered through my local dealer and they said ETA is the end of april. Iy car is not my daily so I dont mind waiting a little bit. I still have to put 100 more miles on my car before i can do my swap anyhow. Ill get to it in the next week or so, then its just waiting for that bezel

Don't get me started on that. I had them program it for 11825, then I painstakingly got my old setup to exactly 11825.0, only to do the swap and find they had programmed it to 11824.5. Not a big deal but it still annoys me.

They always come at a .5 increment. Maybe I should make that clear in the post so people know.

So I read through almost all the 22 pages here and feel really confident with going digital now. I do have some questions that may or may not have been answer (at least I didn't see the answer I was looking for yet).

I have a 17 Mustang GT base with a SYNC 3 swap. I did some FORScan programming to get rid of some annoyances like the double honk thing. I also fix the toggle switch for the hard lights and enabled driving modes. The driving modes required programming in the the ABS first and then changing the code in IPC. Will I have issues with upgrading the digital cluster and 2018 IPC As-Built Data with my current 2017 IPC changes?

I know Sherrodmustang did the digital cluster swap and was successful, but there was no mention of what his current drive mode status was (unless I missed the post somewhere) or if he enabled it before?

You'll have no problems. Changing code in your current IPC stays ONLY in that IPC. You will enable drive modes on the digital cluster too when you modify its as built.

Drive modes will work fine for you.

Sweet! That sounds awesome, thanks!

So I placed an order online through Autonation Ford White Bear Lake last night. Got an email this morning stating that everything is on backorder for about a month and how I would like to proceed. Guess I am waiting with everyone else and so far, it seems like a month out.

Yup its just a waiting game! I tell everyone 4-8 weeks. We really don't know on the clusters though because Ford doesn't release a date.

Yea, just got an response in the email from them saying the cluster has no ETA and that there are already 5 orders placed and waiting lol.

One more question (clarification), the As-Built Data provided in the online excel file to overwrite all the 2018 IPC was for a PP mustang. Just like Sherrodmustang where I have a base model with a SYNC3 swap and non-PP, I am assuming it was successful and is the same As-Built Data Sherrodmustang used as his baseline too?

If so, my understanding is to use that baseline As-Built Data, overwrite all, then cycle the car off, and then start coding the individual line 9or all of them at once if I am not testing)?
