2018-2019 Ford performance Pro Cal 3 Tune installation

I had my local dealer install the pro cal 3 tune by ford performance on my 2019 Ecoboost, and while they didnt use my laptop, they DID use my ford performance account, and gave me back the dongle ( OBD connecter), cable, and voucher. I checked my Ford performance account and under pro cal they DID enter the voucher there. They didn't provide a usb driver with the stock tune or pro cal 3 tune for back up, i am going to go back to get it from the tech...or try.

BUT how do i confirm if they correctly installed it, I know the car should Read SEMMA2 or something if it is installed, but since they used there computer with my ford performance account, and i have the cable and obd, what can i do to check the dealer installed it correctly?

I have the OBD, cable, and they used my ford performance account so I did download the software to my laptop but idk how to go further to read my ECU if the tune is actually on it.

The dealership didnt even submit the warranty so i have to now with all the invoices SMH!

They messed you all up. theu should of used your account at minimum, I’d contact ford perf to make sure you get that voucher to your acct at minimum it’s your proof you own it

So sorry, I editted my post. They Did use my ford performance account, I can see the voucher in the pro cal tab under my ford perforamnce account. They did give me back the OBD and cable, but didnt download the software on my laptop, but under my ford perfomnce account since they put in the voucher, I can download it to my laptop

You don’t have your stock tune now
It goes up the pc used to load the tune so unless you get a copy it’s gone

I will try to see if I can get it from the tech, but i have no intentions of ever going back to the stock tune.

How can I confirm that the ford performance tune is actually installed? Do I need a copy of the new tune/stock from the dealer, or can i use my ford performance account that has the pro cal voucher on it, and the OBD port etc?

Just launch the procal3 software, plug in your laptop into FP ODB dongle and the main screen will show..
