Does anyone know how the 2017 manual gt compares to the 2019 gt manual acceleration wise up to 100mph

Looks like the 19 can do 12.5 114mph pass at the quarter. A 17 will do 12.8 at 110. Since you are talking manual, then you are also having to factor in the driver. A 17 is published at 0-100 in 9.7sec. 30 HP +/- a skilled (or not) driver and the times will be close imho.

You could buy a 17 and save money for mods. Watching several YouTube reviewers over the years almost all say they notice a bump in acceleration between the two.

If u can afford it go 19 new!

Question is that you can't make a 10s 2017 with just NA mods as you can with 2019 model as this extra 30 hp really count in this one. On the other hand the MT82 in 2017 is more durable because of the metal shift fork.
